This is the 3rd event for CLSA which has been a great success over the past year. CLSA started its networking Happy Hours in 2011 to enable professionals from all aspects of the legal community to meet and network in a social setting.

The group is also soliciting donations of non-perishable food items or cash donations to benefit the Tucson Community Food Bank. Door prizes will be awarded by raffle to those who donate. There will be a no host, cash bar and happy hour appetizers and drinks.

CLSA is a collaborative group of leaders from Tucson area legal industry support organizations. Its representative associations include the Tucson-Old Pueblo chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), the Southwest chapter of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), NALS of Tucson & So. AZ, a local chapter of NALS, Inc. …the association for legal professionals (NALS), and the Tucson Paralegal Association (TPA), an affiliate of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).

CLSA’s mission is to: 1) initiate and maintain an ongoing dialogue between our Associations;
2) encourage members to promote and support the programs of CLSA’s representative associations;
3) educate members and the legal community of the value of membership in CLSA’s representative associations; and 4) encourage building relationships among our respective associations.

“CLSA is truly a unique group who wants to broaden relationships in the legal industry,” says Candy Canton, past president of ALA and Director of Administration at Mesch, Clark & Rothschild.  “There is no membership fee for CLSA. It is strictly voluntary by individuals from these organizations.”

Guests do not need to be a member of a CLSA representative association but should be engaged in work of a legal nature.

For more information, please contact Candace Canton at Mesch, Clark & Rothschild, P.C., by email to ccanton@mcrazlaw.com or by phone at (520) 624-8886.
