"Well, look what she can do when she really starts to buckle down.  All 120 cream colored squares are cut into 2 1/2" squares.

And now CC is going to take a quick timeout because Brianna has arrived for a visit with her mom.  Oh, the life of CC and her daughters never ends.

While she has been a member of NALS  for 30 years, her participation in your association has been off and on throughout the years due to her children.  And it paid off in the long run because now they are her best friends."

It appears as though I'm being created as a raffle item for the NALS of Arizona 45th Annual Spring Education Conference & Awards Banquet.

Yes, this is really me, the quilt, giving you a play-by-play on my creation for you, so let me start at the beginning.

"My creator and your NALS of Arizona President Elect, Christine Clayton ("CC") had the brillant idea one day when looking through a quilting book that it would be a wonderful idea to start quilting again.  You see, when she was in high school, she helped her mother make three quilts, one for herself and for each of her sisters.  It was one of the few times when she was growing up that her and her mom did something together without fighting.  She has always enjoyed sewing but could never find the time to do it while she was raising KC and Brianna.
